I reached out to automation trainer during the pandemic, when pipette tips were out of stock everywhere. We needed the tips desperately for DNA and RNA work. The team were very friendly and sent us the tips very fast. I’ve used these tips for Hi throughput, DNA and RNA work since then and have been very impressed by them as they attach evenly to multichannel pipettes resulting in very low variability between replicates. I would highly recommend these tips.
